Billy Germano concentrates on all legal matters relating to land use applications and industrial development agency transactions before county, town and village boards, commercial litigation and transactional work, real estate development, civil rights litigation, and criminal defense.
Mr. Germano began his career in litigation before joining Germano & Cahill, P.C. He was an associate of the Law Offices of Frederick K. Brewington, a recognized Civil Rights litigation firm. Mr. Germano handled cases, many of which were highly publicized, involving local government regulation in a variety of local, state, and federal forums pertaining to the federal and state constitutions, civil service, municipal law, human rights law, and criminal law.

Prior to joining Germano & Cahill, Mr. Germano was a litigation associate with Borrelli & Associates, P.L.L.C., where he concentrated on labor and employment, whistleblower and qui tam actions, and criminal law. While always ensuring the best possible resolutions, Mr. Germano brings professionalism and assurance to his clients. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and United States District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Mr. Germano received his B.A. from Ithaca College in 2005 and J.D. from Touro Law School in 2008.
